Which do you think is potentially more dangerous: earthquakes or volcanoes? Why? Find an example of a specific earthquake or volcano and tell its story. Please include a picture.
I think that volcanoes are more destructive because they can cause fires and destroy alot of things. The places where a volcanoe erupts the plants and animals take a long time to reproduce therfore the area is barren for a long period of time. Example: Mount St Helens ( May 18th,1980 ) There is no vegitation (plants,trees,etc) and barley any animals. see page 280 in earth science textbook.
